Meet Shelby. She’s a 3rd generation Vancouverite, ethnically European and married for almost 40 years. She is the proud parent of 2 adult children and “Mimi” to 2 grandboys. Now retired from the 9-5, after selling Supercrush, a hair accessories brand she co-founded with her daughter, she loves spending summers with family and friends in the South Okanagan. A lover of fitness, travel and wine, her favourite trips include cycling through the Burgundy region with her sister and hiking the coastline of Calabria. She also enjoys yoga, walking, and her favourite place is the desert, the beach, or anywhere sunny. Known for assigning nicknames to almost everyone she meets, family and friends also tease her for being the dispenser of random kernels of wisdom gleaned from her love of reading and watching documentaries.
