Meet Elizabeth (Liz). Her ethnicity is Indigenous- Stoney Nakoda Sioux / European and she comes from a big adopted family – 3 sisters and 6 brothers! She works for the First Nations Health Authority in the Chief Medical Office and is pursuing a career in health sciences. She has a strong interest in biohacking, neurohacking, and consciousness hacking. These focus on finding new ways to improve focus, creativity, and overall health. She loves finding new ways to be more sustainable in her day-to-day life and is working towards a zero-waste lifestyle! Whether it be going to local thrift stores or supporting slow fashion businesses, she’s looking to make a difference wherever she can.
